 Pheasant Suites Terms and Conditions

 

·       Contract - A booking contract is entered into between Pheasant Suites and the Guest upon receiving guaranteed payment information from the Guest in the form of debit or credit card details guaranteeing payment for the booking. A booking contract is legally binding when Pheasant Suites receives and accepts the Guest’s guaranteed credit or debit card information. A confirmation letter will be sent to the Guest by email and will be subject to availability and receipt of the required payment details. The booking contract will be subject to all the terms and conditions below. All booking contracts are non transferable.

 

·       Guaranteed Payment – The Guest’s Credit or Debit Card details to be provided by the Guest on making the reservation to guarantee full payment for the accommodation. In the event of a cancellation The Guest may be liable for the full cost of the accommodation.

·       Cancellations/No ShowsThe Guest is strongly recommended to take out travel and holiday cancellation insurance in case of any unforeseen changes to their planned arrangements.  To avoid being charged for your accommodation in full we require 7 days notice of any cancellation. Any cancellation within the 7 day period or a no show will incur a 100% charge for the entire booking.

 

·       Damage & Breakages - The Guest is legally bound to reimburse Pheasant Suites for repair, replacement or any additional cleaning charges on demand. It is therefore the Guest's responsibility to ensure the accommodation, its furniture, pictures, effects, fixtures and fixings are returned upon departure in the same state of repair as found upon arrival. Smoking is strictly forbidden in Pheasant Suites. Any Guest found to have been smoking in any part of Pheasant Suites will be charged £200 to cover the cost of cleaning the fixtures and fittings. The Guest’s property including vehicles, their accessories and contents are left at the Guest’s risk.

 

·       Liability – Pheasant Suites Limited, Balls Farm, their owners, servants, employees or agents will not be responsible for any third party liability in respect of breach of contract, negligence, and misrepresentation or otherwise.

 

·       Visitors – Pheasant Suites facilities are for the use of the Guest’s as detailed individually and clearly shown by full name on the signed Booking Form and are only available for the date ranges as shown on the Booking Form. The number of Guests must not exceed the agreed number as shown on the booking form. Pheasant Suites reserves the right to refuse entry to all Guests if this condition is not observed. Pheasant Suites is an adult only accommodation and no children or babies are allowed

 

·       Arrival & Departure - The arrival time for all Guests is from 3pm onwards. On the day of departure Pheasant Suites require all Guests to have vacated their accommodation by 11.00 am.

 

·       Lost Property - It is the Guest’s responsibility to ensure all their belongings are removed from the accommodation at departure. Pheasant Suites accepts no liability in respect of any items left behind. All lost property items found by the housekeeper will be kept for a maximum of 12 weeks awaiting collection.

 

·       Pets/Dogs – No pets are allowed to stay at Pheasant Suites with the exception of guide dogs for the blind or hearing dogs.

 

·       Safety – Guests must accept responsibility for their own safety at all times whilst staying at Pheasant Suites and around the grounds of Balls Farm.
